The bill of complaint in this cause was filed for specific performance of a verbal agreement to, reconvey lands and for an accounting. Defendant appeals from a decree in favor of plaintiff.

Plaintiff’s wife Elvira Jedlick was made a party defendánt to the amended bill. Her death has been suggested of record.
