Decedent, Annis Campbell, was the widow of John D. Campbell. They had no children and no near relatives. They accumulated a comfortable property, some being valuable store property in Jackson. The proof is convincing that for many, many ■ years plaintiff, now past 60, assisted them in the management of their property and attended to their wants and needs as a son would do, both in sickness and in health.
