In this proceeding the petitioner prayed for a writ of review directed against the board of dental examiners, upon its action in suspending the petitioner’s license to practice dentistry in this state, for the reason that he had aided and abetted a person to practice dentistry unlawfully. The writ was issued out of the superior court, and after a hearing that court rendered judgment affirming the proceedings of the board of dental examiners. This appeal is from such judgment.
