ERVIN, Chief Judge:
Marie Russell filed suit against Microdyne Corp., her employer, alleging that it had *1232discriminated against her on the basis of her sex in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to -17. Her complaint alleged that she had been denied promotion, had been subjected to sexual harassment in the workplace, and had been subjected to reprisal for her opposition to such treatment.
