The appeal is from a judgment.

Plaintiffs, husband and wife, on and prior to June 24, 1922, were the owners of certain premises in Anoka county. They borrowed $1,700 from St. Anthony Falls Bank and to secure payment thereof executed a mortgage upon said premises. The note was payable in monthly instalments of $20, but whatever sum remained unpaid five years after its date ivas then to be due and payable.
