BAUER, Chief Judge.
Douglas Rivera, Betty Martinez de Colon and Arturo Robles were convicted individually of possessing cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and of conspiring to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841. Rivera received a seven year sentence to be followed by a special parole term of ten years, after conditionally pleading guilty pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2).
