Plaintiff Shanika McLean filed suit under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq., to seek review of a Hearing Officer’s determination that her minor son, D.M., was not denied a free appropriate public education during the 2013-2014 school year.
