Lakeisha Lesesne claims the District of ■Columbia Public Schools (“DCPS”) violated the rights of her disabled son, “B.F.,” under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400-1482 (“IDEA” or “the Act”).
