Robert and Walter Arnett, brothers, were tried, convicted and sentenced in tbe district court of Routt county for obtaining money by means of the confidence game. They here seek to review this judgment contending that (1) the information, and (2) the evidence introduced thereunder, are insufficient to support the verdict.
