— Tbe plaintiff, by bis guardian ad litem, brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries, and. also property damage. The cause came on for trial before the court and a jury. At the conclusion of the plaintiff’s evidence, the defendants moved for a nonsuit, which motion was sustained, and judgment was entered dismissing the action, from which the plaintiff appeals.
