Joyce A. Boardman (“Boardman”) appeals from the district court’s entry of summary judgment for The Prudential Insurance Company of America (“Pruden tial”), Compaq Computer Company (successor in interest to Digital Equipment Corporation and referred to throughout as “Digital”), and Digital’s Long Term Disability insurance plan, Group Policy GL-22181 (“the Plan”).
