Plaintiff-appellant Polly A. Wilson appeals from an order of the district court affirming the Commissioner’s decision denying her applications for Social Security disability and for Supplemental Security Income benefits (SSI). Ms. Wilson alleged an disability onset date of June 26, 1998. Her date last insured was December 31, 2002; thus she had the burden of proving that she was totally disabled on that date or before.
