Defendant Woodlake Partners, LLC, appeals from an order entered by the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of Plaintiffs Paul B. Davis and Agnes Gioconda with respect to the issue of whether Defendant had breached its contract with Plaintiffs and from a judgment *89entered by the trial court sitting without a jury ordering Defendant to pay $191,000 in compensatory damages, plus the costs, to Plaintiffs.
