Upon petition filed in behalf of Charles Evans Keel for a writ of habeas corpus, a rule to show cause issued, directed to the warden of the state penitentiary at McAlester.
It appears that an information Avas filed in the district court of Ottawa county on February 27, 1937, charging that:
