David Morgan Norris and Irvin Victor Norris are father and minor son. They are or are about to be defendants in an action to recover damages- for personal injuries and property damage sustained by Mr. and Mrs. Leo Phillipson in an automobile accident. At the time of the accident the plaintiff Irvin was driving a Plymouth automobile owned by E. A. Parkford.
