THE COURT.

In this case we granted a rehearing for the sole purpose of giving further consideration to the question whether one excess insurance policy of the Underwriters at Lloyd’s should to some extent contribute in the loss here involved, with respect to which point Lamb v. Belt Cas. Co., 3 Cal.App.2d 624 [40 P.2d 311] was called to our attention by the petition for rehearing only. Thereafter Oil Base, Inc. v. Transport Indem.
