MARY P. GORMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This case comes before the Court on the Motion of Brock M. Campbell for Summary Judgment on a Complaint filed by Gary and Peggy Johnston. The Complaint seeks to except from discharge, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), a debt allegedly owed to the Johnstons by Mr. Campbell on the grounds that Mr. Campbell fraudulently induced the Johnstons to purchase a 15-acre tract of real estate. For the reasons set forth below, the Motion for Summary Judgment will be granted.
