(after stating the facts as above). The statute creating the Federal Trade Commission (38 Stat. 717 et seq. [section 8836a et seq., U. S. Comp. St.]), was intended to provide an instrumentality of the government by which in a general way the injustices arising from unfair competition in business might be prevented and certain standards of business morality raised.
