The only issue in this appeal is whether a temporary custody order entered in the course of dissolution proceedings is a final judgment for the purpose of appellate review. The plaintiff, Michael J. Madigan, brought a dissolution action pursuant to General Statutes § 46b-451 to terminate his marriage to the defendant, Michelle A. Madigan.
