CUMMINGS, Circuit Judge.

The bankruptcy court found Nelson Hal-lahan’s debt to N.I.S. Corporation (“N.I. S.”) and its parent, Ozark Life Insurance Company (“Ozark”), to be non-dischargea-ble and in addition refused to honor Halla-han’s demand for a jury trial to determine the dischargeability of the debt and the amount owed. We review the district court’s affirmance of the bankruptcy court’s ruling.
