Plaintiff W.A. Johnson, Jr. brought this adversary proceeding seeking to prevent the discharge of a debt owed to him by his attorney, Harold Frederick Riebesell (the debtor). Johnson claimed the debt was not dischargeable because it was the product of Riebesell’s false representations, specifically Riebesell’s failure to meet disclosure obligations imposed upon him by the Colorado Rules of Professional Responsibility.
