Defendant, Stephen Joy, appeals from his convictions of murder, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 201(1)(A) & (B) (Supp.1982), 1 and arson, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 802 (Supp.1982), following a jury trial in Superior Court, Cumberland County.
