Introduction

New Haven Care Center, Inc. and Missouri Nursing Home Insurance Trust (“Employer”) appeal from a final award issued by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“Commission”) finding Shane Null (“Null”) permanently and totally disabled as a result of a work injury. The Commission found that Null’s permanent and total disability was caused by his last work injury alone, and therefore denied Null’s claim against the Second Injury Fund (“Fund”).
