Carl Greer (hereinafter, “Greer”) appeals the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission’s (hereinafter, “the commission”) decision denying him permanent total disability' (“PTD”) benefits because he contends that, after‘he sustained a crush ihjury to his left ankle, he is unemployable in the open labor market.
