This action was commenced by the defendants in error, hereafter referred to as plaintiffs, against the plaintiff in error, individually and as administratrix of the estate of G. V. Gross, deceased, and others not here involved, hereafter referred to as defendant, to recover a money judgment on a promissory note and to foreclose a real estate mortgage given to secure the indebtedness evidenced by said note.
