Defendant appeals from a judgment of the trial court upholding the action of the Washington State Department of Motor Vehicles, suspending defendant’s driver’s license for 6 months for refusing to submit to the breathalyzer test.

After arresting the defendant for driving while under the influence of liquor, the officer testified that he advised defendant of his constitutional rights at the scene of the arrest.
