In In re Vacation of Plat of Garden City, 221 Wis. 134, 266 N. W. 202, decided March 31, 1936, this court gave very careful and thorough consideration to the sections of the statutes under which these proceedings are brought. This case is ruled by that in every respect with some exceptions hereinafter noted. In this proceeding it appears that after the commencement of the proceedings to vacate the plat, Henry S. Cooper, Inc., the petitioner, sold and transferred to one Oscar U. Zerk all its interest in and to the land within the…
