The plaintiff appealed from an order sustaining a demurrer to a complaint on the ground that it appears upon *443the face thereof that the action was not commenced within the two-year period prescribed by sec. 330.21, Stats., for the commencement of an action to recover damages sustained by reason of the death of a person which was caused by the wrongful act, neglect, or default of another.
