MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
JAMES H. WILLIAMS, Bankruptcy Judge.
The court has before it fifteen applications for compensation and reimbursement of expenses, presented by or on behalf of a variety of attorneys and accountants for services performed in connection with the reorganization efforts of the three debtor corporations. The applications, in sum, seek in excess of 3.5 million dollars as compensation for services rendered and reimbursement of expenses totaling more than $83,000.00.
