The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction rendered in accordance with the jury’s verdict of guilty on one count of robbery in the first degree, a violation of General Statutes § 53a-134 (a) (4), and one count of attempted assault in the first degree, a violation of General Statutes § 53a-49 (a).
