After a trial to the jury, the defendant was convicted of one count of rioting at a correctional institution in violation of General Statutes (Rev. to 1977) § 53a-179b. This appeal followed.
That part of the information filed by the state which charged the violation of General Statutes § 53a-179b stated as follows: “DONALD B.
