PARKER, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from an order of the District Court dismissing a suit brought by *441the Administrator of the Office of Price Administration under section 205(a) of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, 56 Stat. 23, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix § 901 et seq., to restrain defendants, owners and. operators of a hotel located within the Baltimore defense-rental area, from charging rentals in excess of those prescribed by an order issued by the area rent director.
