ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS’ MOTIONS TO DISMISS

This matter comes before the Court upon joint review of Defendant U.S. Bank, N.A.’s Motion to Dismiss (D.E. No. 20), filed on June 23, 2014. and Defendant American Security Insurance Company’s Motion to Dismiss (D.E. 25), filed on June 23, 2014. For the foregoing reasons, the Court DENIES both Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss.
