I. INTRODUCTION

Elton H. 1 is the father of two minor children, Julian and Carmen. He appeals a custody order granting legal custody to Naomi R., the mother of the children, and temporary shared physical custody to Elton and Naomi's mother, Arletta M. Because the order did not grant de facto legal custody to Arietta, and the superior court did not abuse its discretion by awarding legal custody to Naomi, we affirm the order in regard to legal custody.
