This case arose out of a motor vehicle collision between the plaintiff, Patricia A. Seddon (plaintiff), and the defendant, Carl E. Duke (defendant), occurring March 9, 2000. The plaintiff appeals from a Superi- or Court judgment in her favor against the defendant for $5,046, plus interest and costs, and from an order denying her motion for a new trial.
