RELIEF SOUGHT

Petitioner Diamond Selection (California) Ltd. (hereafter, “DSL”), occupant of the premises located at 55 West 47th Street, Suites 620 and 650, New York, New York, demands the return of its property that was seized pursuant to a search warrant by the United States Postal Inspection Service (hereafter, “the Government”).
