Joseph Padilla, Alfredo Rivera, Antonia Rivera and Neysa Padilla move pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 41(e) for an order directing the Government to return certain property seized pursuant to search warrants executed upon dwellings located at 12 Laser Street and 3132 Culver Road, Rochester, New York. This matter was referred to Magistrate Judge Kenneth R. Fisher November 11, 1991, for report and recommendation pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B).
