Malone, appeals the judgment of the Sebastian County Circuit Court dismissing with prejudice his complaint against appellee, Trans-States Lines, Incorporated, for retaliatory discharge under the Workers’ Compensation Law, Ark. Code Ann. §§ 11-9-101 to -1001 (Repl. 1996), and for discrimination in violation of the Arkansas Civil Rights Act of 1993, Ark. Code Ann. §§ 16-123-101 to -108 (Supp. 1995).
