This is an appeal by the plaintiff, who is the widow of T. J. Harris, from a decree of the circuit court in favor of the defendants, one of whom is the executor of the decedent’s estate, and the remaining five of whom, brothers and sisters of the deceased, are the beneficiaries of his will. The purpose of this suit is to secure specific performance of an alleged oral promise, which the plaintiff claims her husband made to her in July, 1933, to bequeath all of his property to her.
