Plaintiff filed an action seeking a permanent injunction, and in the interim a temporary restraining order, to restrain defendant from interrupting religious services conducted by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, hereinafter referred to as the church. The court granted, ex parte, a restraining order. ⅞, ordered defendant not to interfere with the religious services being conducted by the church, from September 30, 1976, to October 4, 1976.
