Plaintiff, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (the Commission), instituted this action to redress alleged employment discrimination by defendant, the Akron National Bank, now Banc Ohio National Bank, (the bank). The bank is an Ohio corporation doing business in the City of Akron and surrounding communities throughout Summit County. It is engaged in all phases of banking, credit and investment transactions for the general public.
