Steven L. Hassett appeals from a district court’s order summarily dismissing his application for post-conviction relief. For the reasons explained below, we affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

Steven Hassett was found guilty by a jury of felony injury to a child, I.C. § 18-1501(1), based on evidence that he had physically injured his month-old son.
