A taxpayer’s suit against the city of St. Paul, its officers charged with the duty of making contracts in its behalf, and Automatic Voting Machine Corporation, to enjoin them from entering into a contract for the purchase of voting machines, and to declare null and void all proceedings .had in respect thereto, resulted in findings for the plaintiff: Defendants’ motions for new trial were denied, and they “and each of them” appeal.
