This is an appeal from an order denying appellant’s motion for a new trial after findings for plaintiff in an action to foreclose a mechanic’s lien filed by plaintiff against appellant’s property.

Appellant owns the premises upon which its hospital is located in the city of Minneapolis. It entered into a contract with defendant Kent Engineering Company (hereinafter called Kent) for the installation of a new generator and boiler in its hospital.
