CERCONE, Judge:
This is an appeal from the July 2, 1990 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County denying the appellant’s petition to compel arbitration. We reverse.
Appellant, Paul Baverso, sustained personal injuries when the motorcycle he was driving was involved in an accident with an underinsured motorist. Baverso settled with the motorist’s insurer, and with his insurance carrier which held his underinsurance coverage.
