Ruth Barra appeals the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County granting Rose Tree Media School District’s (School District) Motion for Summary Judgment and dismissing her claims of gender and racial discrimination. She bases her claims upon: (1) the District’s failure to hire her for the position of Director of Technology, (2) its failure to pay her additional wages for performing extra duties and (3) her constructive discharge due to a hostile work environment.
