Through this lawsuit, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the "Plaintiff" or "Commonwealth") seeks to hold Navient Corporation and Navient Solutions, LLC, (collectively, "Defendants" or "Navient") liable for conduct that has allegedly harmed student loan borrowers in Pennsylvania, as well as student loan borrowers nationwide.
