The plaintiffs' amended complaint alleges a class action claim for damages regarding the defendants' conduct in the servicing of their student loans. Filing 37. The defendants move for dismissal pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) arguing that the plaintiff failed to state a claim for relief. Filing 39.
