Quinn, Chief Judge:

The accused was tried by a general court-martial convened at Camp Hauge, Okinawa, for premeditated murder of a fellow Marine, in violation of Article 118, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 918. He was convicted of unpremeditated murder and sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement at hard labor for fifteen years.
