EVERETT, Chief Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, Carr was convicted by a general court-martial at Fort Carson, Colorado, of rape and possession of marihuana, in violation of Articles 120 and 134 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U. S.C. §§ 920 and 934, respectively. His sentence to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 3 years, and forfeiture of all pay and allowances, was approved by the convening authority; and the United States Army Court of Military Review affirmed the findings and sentence without opinion.
